The construction elevator controlled by the traditional rekying contactors has the defect that it can not overcome by itself. The ideal solution is to combine the modern controlling technique with mechanical equipment to realize the mechanism-electricity an an integral whole.This paper introduces the design and the main problems which need to be solved in realizing process of the intellective construction elevator.
