摘要
本文针对现场生产中运行多年的斗轮取料机行走部分存在的深层次设备隐患,提出了大机电气控制系统的改造方案。采用PLC技术重新设计了行走时序,实施了改造。改造后斗轮取料机运行良好,显著降低了事故发生率。
Based on analysis of hidden troubles of the bucket-wheel reclaimer's travels employed a long time, the reform alignment of the main engine is proposed. The new acting order is then designed using PLC method. The reformed bucket-wheel reclaimer's travels runs very well. The accident rate is reduced significantly.
