摘要
在对振动输送机槽体承受系统变载荷作用下的横向力分析的基础上,建立板簧应力分析的有限元模型,基于ANSYS软件的结构分析功能,进行板簧施加载荷的应力分析,研究模型的物理响应及应力水平,解得板簧各阶屈曲变形图,在保障系统工作稳定与避免失稳的前提下,实现节材、节能、降耗的良好效果。
Basing on the analysis of transverse force when vibration transport machine slot receive the system changing load, finite element model of plank spring stress analysis is established. Applying structure analysis function of the ANSYS software, stress analysis is processed when plank spring accept load, physical response and stress level are studied, and various stage flexure distortion pictures are gained. Under the premise of economizing material, depressing cost, saving energy sources are realized.
