摘要
目的 检测普通级和清洁级SD大鼠血清总胆固醇 (TC)和甘油三酯 (TG)值。方法 TC测定采用酶法 (终点法 CHO PAPMethod) ,TG采用酶法 (终点法 GPO PAPMethod)。结果 (1)普通级雌性SD大鼠血清TC和TG值分别为 (1 67± 0 2 4)mmol L和 (0 52± 0 12 )mmol L ;(2 )普通级雄性SD大鼠血清TC和TG值分别为 (1 52± 0 18)mmol L和 (0 58± 0 14 )mmol L ;(3 )清洁级雌性SD大鼠血清TC和TG值分别为 (1 80± 0 3 2 )mmol L和 (0 43± 0 0 9)mmol L ;(4)清洁级雄性SD大鼠血清TC和TG值分别为 (1 60± 0 42 )mmol L和 (0 75± 0 3 0 )mmol L。
ObjectiveTo assess the total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) of the conventional a nd clean SD rats.Method\ CHO_PAP Method was used to determine TC;GPO _PAP Method was used to determine TG.Result\ (1)The result of the fe male conventional SD rats was TC:(1.67±0 24)mmol/L;TG:(0.52±0.12)mmol/L.( 2)The result of the male conventional SD rats was,TC:(1.52±0.18)mmol/L;TG:(0.5 8±0.14)mmol/L.(3)The result of the female clean SD rats was,TC:(1.80±0.32)mmo l/L;TG:(0.43±0.09)mmol/L.(4)The result of the male clean SD rats was,TC:(1.60 ±0.42)mmol/L;TG:(0.75±0.30)mmol/L.Conclusion\ The experiment provi des reference to set up the standard of blood biochemistry of normal clean labor atory animal.
