摘要
从病姜上用梯度稀释法分离出病原菌 ,经鉴定为青枯假单胞菌 (P) (P .solanacearum) ,通过反复筛选 ,得到两种P的抑制物——— 2 ,4 ,4 三氯 2 羟基 联苯醚 (俗称三氯新 )和 2 ,4 ,4 三氯 5 溴 2 羟基 联苯醚 ,其最小抑菌浓度可达 1× 10 7g/ml。通过对其作用时间、杀灭浓度的研究和电镜结果 ,初步探明了该化合物能引起细菌染色质固缩 ,破坏细菌细胞壁 ,使细胞形态发生变化 ,最后崩解死亡。
The pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the affected ginger by dilute with grads,and they were identified them as P.solanacearum.Then several medicaments were used to suppress them and find out the two most effective compounds —2,4,4'-trichloro-2'-hydroxy-diphenyl ether and 2,4,4'-trichloro-5'-bromine-2'-hydroxy-diphenyl ether which MIC are 1×10^(-7)g/ml.Studying on the time of the suppression medicament working,its bactericidal concentration and photo of electron microscope,and we found the compounds can make the bacteria' chromatin pycnosis and to destruct the formation of the cell wall then break the bacteria.
