当归四逆汤合路路通注射液治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床观察

Effects of DANG GUI SINI Decoction and LULUTONG Injection on Treating Diabetes Leg Arteriosclerosis Obliterans

目的 :以前列腺素E1(PGE1)为对照组 ,观察当归四逆汤合路路通注射液治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症 (DLASO)的疗效。方法 :4 0例DLASO患者随机分为治疗组与对照组 ,观察治疗前后临床症状、血液流变学、下肢动脉超声多普勒血流动力学指标。结果 :两组均有改善高黏状态及下肢动脉超声多普勒血流动力学指标的作用 ;治疗组有调节血脂的作用 ;治疗组在改善临床症状方面优于对照组。结论 :当归四逆汤合路路通能改善DLASO患者临床症状及血流动力学指标。

Objective:To observe the effects of Dang gui sini Decoction and Lulutong Injection on Treating Diabetes Leg Arteriosclerosis Obliter-ans(DLASO).Method:40 patients were distributed randomly to the control group and the treatment group.In contrast with PGE 1,We investigated the effects of Dang gui sini Decoction and LUlutong Injection on the clinical symptoms.the hemorheology and the hemodynamics of leg artery Results:two groups both improved the hepercoagulability and the hemodynamics of leg artery.The treatment group could also regulate lipid.The treatment group is superior to the control group on improving the clinical symptoms.Conclusion:Dangui Sini Decoction and Lulutong Injection can improve the clinical symptoms and the hemodynamics of the DLASO.
