小柴胡汤并用拉米夫定抗DHBV的实验研究

Experimental Study on Inhibitory Effect of XIAOXHAIHU ecoction Combing Lamivudine on Duck Hepatitis B Virus

目的 :通过小柴胡汤并用拉米夫定抗DHBV的作用 ,探讨中西药联合抗乙肝病毒的治疗思路及疗效差异。方法 :将药物分成联合组 (小柴胡汤合拉米夫定 )、中药组 (小柴胡汤 )、西药组 (拉米夫定 ) ,分别观察其抗DHBV的不同作用。结果 :三组药物对DHBV的抑制作用 ,依次以联合组、西药组为最强 ,但两组停药后均反跳明显 ;中药组作用也较显著 ,而作用较为持久 ,停药后无反跳。结论 :就本实验方法观察 ,小柴胡汤合拉米夫定抗DHBV优势不明显。

Through the function of Xiaochaihu Decoction combing Lamivudine inhibit DHBV,investigate its therapeutic effect of inhibit HBV. Method:Grouping as the combing group,Xiaochaihu Decoction group and Lamlvudine group,observe the different function of inhibit DHBV.Result: Inhibitory effect was shown in all the treated groups. The treatment by Lamivudine group and bombing group showed the optimal effect,however,the DHBV returned to the level of before after cessatlon of treatment. The effect of Xiaochaihu Decoction group was rather persistent,no rebound phenomena was observed after withdrawal of medication.Conclusion: In this study,the combing group’ s function of inhibit DHBV as the same as other groups.
