Guidance of “Zhu shi zhong mai,jie shu yu pi”in Hang-dis Internal Classic on the differentiation of symptoms and signs and therapy of ophthalmologic diseass ——The learning after “Huangdi's Internal Classic”

通过细读、剖析《内经知要》关于《内经·病机十九条》中“诸湿肿满 ,皆属于脾”的注释 ,结合眼科疾病临床病症的湿、肿、满表现 ,探讨“诸湿肿满 ,皆属于脾”对眼科胞睑疾病、白睛疾病、眼珠疾病、视衣疾病的脏腑辨证、治疗的指导作用 ,从而丰富眼科疾病从脾而治的脏腑证治内容。

By reading carefully and analyzing the explaining of Huangdi's Internal Classic for the item of “Zhu shi zhong maim,jie shu yu pi” in Huangdi's Internal Classic,and combining the symptoms of some opthalmologic diseases such as dampness,edema,fullness with the explaining,We discussed the guidance of the item and the explaining on the differentiation of symptoms and signs and therapy of some opthalmologic diseases such as eyelids diseases,sclera diseases,lens diseases and retinal diseases.The item and the explaining can guide the differentiation of symptoms and signs and therapy of ophthalmologic diseas.
