摘要 目的 研究 1,6-二磷酸果糖 (FDP)对阿霉素 (ADM)导致大鼠心肌损伤的影响。方法 采用 Wistar大鼠 3 6只 ,随机分为 ADM组、ADM+ FDP组及对照组。实验 3 0 d后进行心肌光镜病理形态学观察 ,测定血清及心肌超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、肌酸激酶 (CK)、乳酸脱氢酶 (L DH)的活性及脂质过氧化物 (L PO)的含量。结果 光镜下 ADM+ FDP组病理损害程度较 ADM组轻 ;各组之间心肌及血清 CK、L DH差异无统计学意义 ;和 ADM组比较 ADM+ FDP组血浆、心肌 L PO含量显著降低 ,而 SOD活性显著增加。结论  FDP对 Objective To study the effect of fructose-1, 6-diphosphate(FDP) on myocardial injury induced by adriamycin.Methods Thirty six Wistar rats were randomized into tre e groups: ADM group, ADM+FDP group, and control group. SOD, CK, LSH and LPO in t he sera and myocardium were detected and the histopathological study was perform ed.Results The extent of the myocardial injury in ADM+FDP group was not as significant as that in the ADM group. There was no significant difference in the activity of CK, LDH in sera and myocardium among all the group s. Compared with ADM group, the LPO of sera and mycardium in ADM+FDP group were higher and the activity of SOD was increased significantly.Conclusions FDP has protective effect on the myocardial injury induced by adriamycin.
