摘要 目的:了解山羊房室结形态学构筑。方法:石蜡切片,HE染色,光镜观察。结果:山羊房室结位于Koch三角内,有三角形、“胡萝卜形”、椭圆形3种形态,大小约2.18 mm×2.48 mm×0.73 mm。结内有3种传导细胞:起搏细胞(P细胞)、移行细胞(T细胞)、浦肯野细胞,以浦肯野细胞为主。山羊房室结可分为上结区和下结区,以其传导细胞的种类分成3型。结论:山羊房室结的形态变异较大。 Objective:To study the morphological features of goat's atrioventricular node (AVN). Methods:Using the method of paraffin sections (HE staining) 12 AV node of goats were observed under light microscope. Results:The AVN of goats were located within Koch triangle. Their appearance was respectively triangle, carrot-like or ovary. The size was about 2.18 mm × 2.48 mm × 0.73 mm. Within the AVN, there were 3 kinds of conductive cells: pace cells (P cell), transitional cells (T cell) and Purkinje cells, mainly purkinje cells. The AVN was divided into upper nodal region and lower one and they could also be divided into 3 kinds of conductive cell types. Conclusion:The goat's AVN is variable in its morphology.
