目的 :确定细粒棘球绦虫 6 6kDa抗原在虫体组织超微结构中的精确定位。方法 :本实验采用金标免疫组织化学方法 ,电镜观察 6 6kDa抗原在细粒棘球绦虫原头蚴及成虫超薄切片中的定位。结果 :该抗原定位于细粒棘球绦虫原头蚴及成虫虫体的体表、微毛内外、皮层、皮层合体细胞体 (核周体 )内和皮下肌纤维中。结论

Objective : To determine the precise location of the 66 kDa antigen in Echinococcus granulosus.Meth￣ods:Immunogold labeling and transmission electron microscopy were carried out in this study.Results:The antigen was localized on the surface,in the matrix of tegument,on and in microtriches,in tegumental cytons and in subtegumental muscle bundles.Conclusion:The 66 kDa antigen of Echinococcus granulosus may be produced in tegumental cytons.
