住院精神病患者陪护需求的调查与分析

Analysis on investigations about psychotic inpatients needing company care

目的:探讨住院精神病患者的陪护需求。方法:对医护人员和患者家属各50名进行住院精神病患者是否需要陪护及陪护利弊的问卷调查。结果:100％的医护人员和98％的家属都认为一般情况下不需要陪护,但在特殊情况下,如合并严重躯体疾病、严重消极自杀倾向等需要陪护。结论:陪护对精神科病房的管理利少弊多。如确需陪护,必须加强对陪护的安全管理和健康教育等。

Objectives:To discuss whether patients need company care in order to ensure the salty of patients, reduce the confusion of patients, help treatment. Method: Questionnaires were gaven to 50 hospital staff and 50 patients' family members on whether psychntic in patients hospital need company care. Result: 100% hospital staff and 98% patients' family member coannend that company care is not nessary nomally, but it will be needed in some special cases sueh as being critically ill or serious intence to suicide incline. Conclusion: In general it is worse to utilize company care in management of ward. If it is essential, we should strengthen safty management on company care and health education etc.
