摘要
目的 :观察人血小板T细胞活化抗原 1 (CD2 2 6 )分子所参与的内皮细胞的功能 .方法 :采用3 H TdR掺入、51 Cr黏附实验、PI染色结合流式细胞仪技术观测CD2 2 6分子对体外培养人脐静脉内皮细胞 (HUVEC)增殖、粘附、细胞周期及凋亡的影响 .结果 :CD2 2 6分子参与HUVEC的粘附功能 ,但CD2 2 6mAb(LeoA1 )对HUVEC的增殖、细胞周期及细胞凋亡均无显著影响 .结论 :CD2 2 6分子是活化HUVEC表面一种新的粘附分子 。
AIM: To observe the role of CD226 involved in the function of the human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC). METHODS: Biological functions of CD226 involved in HUVEC were detected by 3H TdR incorporation, 51 Cr adhesive experiment, PI staining and flow cytometry analysis. RESULTS: CD226 was involved in the adhesion of HUVEC, whereas CD226 mAb (LeoA1) had no effects on the proliferation, cell cycle and apoptosis of HUVEC. CONCLUSION : CD226 is a novel inducible adhesion molecule expressed on activated HUVEC and involved in the adhesion function of HUVEC.
