摘要
目的 :研究高氧液对不同化疗药物生物活性的影响 .方法 :采用高氧发生仪对 9mL·L-1 氯化钠注射液 (9mL·L-1 NS)充氧 ,制备成高氧液 (氧分压为 80~ 1 0 0kPa) ;用高氧液 (9mL·L-1 NSHO)稀释 5 氟脲嘧啶 (5 Fu)、丝裂霉素(MMC) ,在不同温度下 (2 5℃和 37℃ ) ,分别作用 0 ,0 .5 ,1 ,2 ,3和 4h ,观察药液的理化性质 ,检测液体内药物含量及成分的变化 .结果 :用 9mL·L-1 NSHO稀释化疗药 ,在 2 5℃和37℃的温度下 ,放置 4h以内 ,外观无异常变化 ;9mL·L-1NSHO不影响药物的 pH值 ;9mL·L-1 NSHO稀释后的 5 Fu其药物含量与对照组无区别 ;9mL·L-1 NSHO稀释后的MMC ,在 4h以内其药物含量与对照组比较 ,不低于 90 % .结论 :9mL·L-1 NSHO对化疗药物不产生氧化反应 ,不影响其理化特性 .9mL·L-1 NSHO稀释化疗药后在 4h以内不会降低药物含量 .采用 9mL·L-1 NSHO稀释化疗药用于肿瘤患者 ,可提高肿瘤局部氧分压 ,改善肿瘤乏氧状态 。
AIM: To study the effect of the hyperoxic solution (HO) on the biology 5 FU and MMC. METHODS: The HO was produced by filling the 9 mL·L -1 NaCl (NS) injection with the oxygen, which was made by HO producing instrument. The biological changes of 5 Fu or MMC, which was dissolved in the 9 mL·L -1 NS injection or in the HO at 25℃ or 37℃ for 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3 and 4 h were investigated. RESULTS: The percentage quantity, appearance, and pH value of 5 Fu had no distinct difference between the 9 mL·L -1 NS injection group and the HO. The percentage quantity of MMC in the HO was less than that in the 9 mL·L -1 NS injection, but the least one was more than 90%. CONCLUSION : 9 mL·L -1 NSHO had no oxidation on 5 Fu and MMC and had no effect on their biological properties. The percentual quantity of 5 Fu and MMC in the 9 mL·L -1 NSHO didn’t fall in 4 h. It’s safe to use 5 Fu and MMC in the HO.
