《中国简式明尼苏达多相人格问卷》与新兵社会适应性评价

Chinese Abbreviated Form MMPI and Evaluation of Social Adjustability of Recruits

目的 :探讨《中国简式明尼苏达多相人格问卷》(Chi neseAbbreviatedFormMMPI,以下简称CAF MMPI)与新兵社会适应性评价的关系 .方法 :选用MMPI的 4个效度量表和 8个临床量表 ,经修订编CAF MMPI ,对 782名新兵进行测试 ;自编《新兵社会适应性调查表》(以下简称《调查表》)对其社会适应性好坏进行评价 ,根据评价结果选出适应不良组 (n =36 )和正常组 (n =6 6 ) ,比较两组CAF MMPI测验成绩 .结果 :①同伴与上级《调查表》评价结果具有一致性 ;②除Hy外 ,适应不良组各临床量表原始分均显著高于正常组 ,包括F效度量表 ;③适应不良组各量表标准分 (≥ 6 5 )从高至低依次为F ,Sc ,Pt,Pd ,Pa和Hs.结论 :应根据本研究结果 ,采用F ,Sc ,Pt和Pa测验量表修订出新的CAF MMPI.

AIM: To study the relationship between Chinese Abbreviated Form MMPI (CAF MMPI) and the evaluation of social adjustability of recruits. METHODS: 782 recruits were tested according to the CAF MMPI, which was formed by selecting and revising 4 validity scales and 8 clinical scales of MMPI. The questionnaire of social adjustability of recruits was created to evaluate the social adjustability of the recruits. According to the results, they were divided into maladjustment group ( n =36) and normal group ( n =66), and their CAF MMPI results were compared. RESULTS: ① The evaluation results of the companions and officers were consistent. ② Except Hy, the raw scores of the maladjustment group were significantly higher than those of the normal group including the score in F validity scale. ③ The order of the standard score of the maladjustment group (≥65) from high to low was F, Sc, Pt, Pd, Pa and Hs. CONCLUSION : Based on the research result, new CAF MMPI should be revised with the scale of F, Sc, Pt and Pa.
