摘要 目的 :观察γ 射线辐照对红细胞 (RBC)质量的影响 .方法 :以 2 7Gy的γ射线对RBC进行辐照并于标准条件下保存 ,对辐照前后RBC进行细胞计数 ,Hct,MCV ,MPV及血浆K+ ,血糖及游离Hb ,2 ,3 DPG ,ATP含量进行检测 .结果 :辐照前后标本RBC计数、Hct,MCV ,MPV和血糖浓度无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但是辐照组在贮存 7d后游离Hb及血钾浓度明显高于对照组 (mg·L-1 :0 .35± 0 .70vs 0 .2 5±0 .0 7;mmol·L-1 :4 0 .7± 5 .3vs 1 9.4± 2 .7,P <0 .0 5 ) .结论 :γ射线 2 7Gy照射后 ,RBC的生化性质无显著改变 ,但随保存时间的延长血钾及血浆游离Hb浓度有明显改变 ,提示γ射线照射的RBC 。 AIM: To investigate the effect of γ ray radiation on the red blood cell quality. METHODS: Red blood cells were irradiated by γ ray at the dose of 27 Gy, then stored at the standard condition. The cell count, Hct, MCV, MPV, plasma potassium, free hemoglobin and the concentration of 2,3 DPG, ATP were detected before and after radiation respectively. RESULTS: There was no difference in all parameters in radiated and nonradiated red blood cells. But after 7 d storage, the concentrations of free hemoglobin and plasma potassium in irradiated group were higher than that in control group (mg·L -1 : 0.35±0.70 vs 0.25±0.07; mmol·L -1 : 40.7±5.3 vs 19.4±2.7, P <0.05). CONCLUSION : The qualities of red blood cells don’t change obviously after irradiation at the dose of 27 Gy, but the concentration of plasma potassinm and free hemoglobin change significantly after 7 d storage. So the irradiated red blood cells should be transfused as early as possible.
