摘要
体育教学是教师与学生、教与学的双边活动过程。在此过程中 ,不仅要强健体魄 ,增进学生身体素质 ,同时也应以积极有效的措施发展学生的智能 ,加强学生的情感体验 ,增强学生的自我意识和心理素质 ,并开展心理健康教育与心理咨询 ,促进学生心理健康发展。
PE teaching is a course of teaching and learning between teacher and students. Teachers should take effective measures to improve students' physical quality,and also improve their psychological qualities,including intelligence,emotion,will-power,self-ideology and interpersonal ability,and carry out psychological health education and consult.
