摘要
针对汽车交流发电机特性 ,研发了汽车交流发电机性能自动化测试系统。介绍了测试系统的硬件控制电路部分及软件的组成 ,阐述了测试系统的工作原理、设计方法、数据处理技术、控制策略。现场调试和生产线上的稳定运行表明研发的测试系统设计合理 ,控制精度高 ,工作节拍短 ,抗干扰能力强。
Considering the characteristics of cars' alternator,an alternator servomechanism is explored. In this paper,the composing of the control circuit part of the hardware and the software of the system is introduced. The working principle,design method,data management and control strategy are described. Debugging and production line run show that this system has many advantages such as reasonable design,high precision,short work time and strong anti-disturbance.
