摘要
目的 :通过不同孕期应用L 精氨酸对IUGR鼠影响的研究 ,探讨治疗IUGR的最佳临床时机。方法 :通过被动吸烟法建立IUGR的动物模型。于不同孕期应用L 精氨酸 ,然后观察其对孕鼠胎仔生长的影响及两者的疗效差别。结果 :应用L 精氨酸后 ,无论中期用药组还是晚期用药组 ,其胎鼠平均体重 [中期组 ( 2 .5 72± 0 .2 4 4 ) g ,晚期组 ( 2 .390± 0 .32 0 )g]均与模型组的胎鼠平均体重 [模型组 ( 2 .2 10± 0 .16 4 ) g]有显著差异 ( P值均 <0 .0 0 1) ,同时孕中期治疗效果要明显优于晚期的治疗效果 (P <0 .0O1)。结论 :用被动吸烟法建立IUGR动物模型可行 ;L 精氨酸的应用降低了IUGR发生率 ,使IUGR胎仔的平均体重增加 。
Objective: To study the application effects of L arginine during different gestations in order that we could find the efficient opportunity of treatment. Methods: The IUGR pregnant rat models were set up by way of passive smoking. L arginine was used during different gestations, then to find the average body weight of live fetal rats and therapeutic effect between medium treatment group and terminal treatment group. Results: The average body weight of live fetal rats of medium treatment group is (2.572±0.244) g and the terminal treatment group is (2.390±0.320) g. There are significant difference between the two treatment groups and model group which is (2.210±0.164) g (P<0.001). And there are also significant difference between medium treatment group and terminal treatment group (P<0.001). Conclusions: Passive smoking is harmful to people. Applying of L arginine can decrease IUGR incidence and the medium therapeutic effect is better than terminal therapeutic effect.
