精神分裂症患者的服药依从性研究

Study of Drug Compliance in Schizophrenic Patients

目的 :研究精神分裂症患者的服药依从性及其相关因素。方法 :对 10 1例已出院患者进行病程、自知力、服药依从性与简明精神病量表 (BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表 (SDSS)及副反应量表 (TESS)的评定 ,用 χ2 检验及方差分析进行比较分析。结果 :服药依从者 5 4 4 % ;自知力障碍越重者依从性越差 ;BPRS总分及缺乏活力、思维障碍、敌对猜疑因子分越高者依从性越差 ;SDSS及TESS“A”栏 (严重度 )评分越高者依从性越差。结论 :提示患者自身因素对服药依从性的影响较社会、家庭环境及治疗内容等因素更为重要。

Objective: To study the drug compliance in schizophrenic patients and its relative factor. Method: The clinical symptoms, course of illness, insight, drug compliance were assessed in 101 schizophrenic patients who were discharged from hospital. The brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS), social disability screening scale (SDSS) and treatment emergent symptoms SCAL (TESS) were also administered and statistically analysed by χ 2 test. Results: 54.4% of patients were found to have satisfactory drug compliance. Those with impaired insight, thought disorder, high scores in BPRS, SDSS and TESS part A had poor drug compliance. Conclusion: Intrinsic factors like insight, thought process in schizophrenic patients are important determinants of drug compliance.
