摘要
通过对我国半导体硅材料工业现状及面临形势的分析,提出加快发展我国半导体硅材料工业的建议,以加速中国硅材料工业与国际接轨的进程。
The article analyse the current situation of semi-conductor silicon-material industry in China,point out a series problem existed and give some advices and suggestions on how to accelerate the development of semi-conductor silicon-material industry of China.
