摘要 目的:介绍慢性炎症气道粘液高分泌的治疗进展。方法:查阅近年来国内外文献。结果:多种针对粘液高分泌发生过程不同环节的抑制性药物开发取得了一定进展,或处于临床前期实验阶段,或已应用于临床治疗。结论:通过使用新型药物,可加强粘液纤毛系统清除功能并改善异常的粘液流变学性质,此方面观念的加强和使用实践必将对慢性气道炎症性疾病的治疗产生积极影响。 Mucus hypersecretion in airway is the common pathophyisolo gi cal characteristic of many chronic airway inflammation diseases.A good number o f drugs,which target to the key steps of the mucus production,have improved in recent years.There have been new-developed drugs many of which have still bee n on stages of animal tests or clinic tests,but the concept using new drugs to change the mucus quality is build up will have a positive influence on the thera py of mucus hypersecretion.The article is summarized the advance of the therapy of mucus hypersecretion.
