摘要
目的 :观察支撑喉镜下喉显微手术治疗声带息肉、声带小结的临床疗效。方法 :回顾性分析 86例采用支撑喉镜下喉显微手术治疗的声带息肉、声带小结患者的临床资料。结果 :86例中 ,治愈 84例 ,治愈率 97.6 7% ;好转2例 ,总有效率 10 0 %。结论 :支撑喉镜下喉显微手术治疗声带息肉、声带小结是安全、彻底、疗效显著的治疗方法。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of microlaryngoscopic surgery on polyp and nodules of vocal cord under suspension laryngoscope.Methods:The clinical data of 86 cases were analyzed.Results:According to the data,the disorders were more common in women than in men,especially in the case of nodules of vocal cord (P<0.01).84 of 86 cases were cured,which accounted for 97.60%.And the other 2 cases significantly improved.Conclusion:Microlaryngoscopic surgery under suspension laryngoscope proves to be a safe?complete and effective way to treat polyp and nodules of vocal cord.
