应用组合组织瓣一期修复手部毁损伤及重建部分手功能

One-stage Repair of Serious Hand Injury and Reconstruction of It's Part-Function with Composite Tissue Flap Transplantation

目的 :总结应用组合组织瓣移植一期修复手部毁损伤及重建部分手功能的临床疗效。方法 :对 2 4例手部毁损伤患者 ,应用吻合血管的皮瓣、甲瓣、组合移植一期修复创面及拇、手指再造重建部分手功能。结果 :所有移植组织瓣全部成活。术后随访 3～ 2 4个月 ,再造拇、手指功能优良率 82 .6 0 %。结论 :一期组合组织移植具有疗程短、手功能恢复好的优点 ,是治疗手部毁损伤的较好方法。

Objective:To observe clinical results of composite tissue flap transplantation in one-stage repair of serious hand injury and evaluate the functioning of the hand reconstructed.Methods:The fingers of serious hand injury in 24 cases were repaired with vascularized flap great toe-nail flap and composite tissues flap transplantation to reconstruct their functioning.Results:All transplants were survival,The duration of follow-up was 3～24 months.The excellent and good rate was present in 82.60%.Conclusion:One-stage composits tissue flap transplantation is an ideal reconstructive method to repair serious hand injury.
