摘要 MRI引导下腹腔丛阻滞术治疗上腹部癌性疼痛是一种简单而有效的方法 ,本文综述了此方法的应用机制、引导系统、临床疗效及较其它引导方法的优势并详细介绍了不同方法的操作过程。 MRI-guided Neurolytic Celiac Plexus Block is a simple and effective technique for treatment of upper abdominal cancer pain.This article reviewed the technique’s application mechanism,guided system,curative effect and its advantage compared with other techniques,introduced operational process of different techniques particularly.
