摘要
本文在实验室条件下,观察大劣按蚊(Anopheles dirus)雄蚊交配能力和日龄、交配及交配后间歇期对其生殖系统形态学的影响。羽化后1小时可见丝状精子,22小时尾器全部旋转180°。3—12日龄雄蚊交配能力最强。随着日龄增加,精囊数逐渐减少,睾丸内成熟精子占据整个睾丸的比例逐渐增加,附腺透明区宽度变窄直至消失。多次交配比一次交配后,其睾丸内精子量减少、透明区宽度增加明显;交配后经过一定间歇期后,生殖系统能重新恢复活力,但多次交配后其恢复程度和速度远比交配一次者为慢。大劣按蚊雄蚊生殖系统的变化可初步判断其日龄和交配史。
Laboratory observations of the effect of age on the morphology of the male reproductive system of Anopheles dirus indicated that sperms present in the testes within 1 hour after emergence and some male genitalia rotated 180??????? 10 hour and all the male gen it aliai rotated' completely 22 hour after emergence. Dissection of males with known age indicated that the number of spermatocysts decreased, the proportion of t he testes occupied by the, sperm reser.voir increased and the width of clear area in the accessory gland decreased with age., At 25-27℃ ma-ximum male, mating activity occurred between 3 and 12 days of age. The effect of mating and sabsequent resting periods on the male reproductive system of mating with 3 days of age-was studied. The results indicated that the proportion of testes occupied' by the sperm reservoir decreased and the width of clear area in the accessory gland increased with multiple madngs and the male reproductive system was capable of rejuvenation after mating. The degree of recovery rate of the repraductive ifstem after multiple mating took longer than that after mating once. Morphological Changes pf male reproductive system were useful for the determination of age and mating history of male An. dirus.
