摘要
目的 :探讨湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)治疗阴茎深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的近期临床疗效。方法 :对 1996年 4月～2 0 0 3年 3月期间 ,采用MEBO治疗的 37例阴茎深Ⅱ度烧伤 ,与同期采用磺胺嘧啶银 (SD -Ag)霜治疗的 2 3例阴茎深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的近期疗效进行比较分析。结果 :MEBO治疗组深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的愈合时间为 19 7天± 2 1天 ,SD Ag霜治疗组为 2 3 4天± 4 4天 ,组间比较P <0 0 5。结论 :湿润烧伤膏可促进阴茎深Ⅱ度烧伤创面愈合 。
Objective: To observe the short term efficacy of MEBO in treating deep second degree burn of penis. Method: Thirty-seven cases of deep 2 nd degree penis burn were treated with MEBO during the period from April, 1996 to March, 2003. At the same time SD-Ag Cream was used for treating 23 cases of the same disease. Their efficacy was compared. Result: In MEBO group, the wounds healed in 19 7±2 1 days, while in SD-Ag Cream group, wounds healed in 23 4±4 4 days. The difference between the 2 groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: MEBO can promote healing of deep 2 nd degree burn wounds in penis. It is more efficacious than SD-Ag Cream.
