摘要
目的 :观察美宝湿润烧伤膏 (MEBO)纱条对膀胱腹壁尿瘘的临床疗效。方法 :直接将MEBO纱条填塞于腹壁窦道内 ,每日换药 1～ 2次。结果 :8例膀胱腹壁尿瘘全部治愈 ,愈合时间 7天～ 12天。结论
Objective: To observe the efficacy of MEBO gauze in treating vesicoabdominal wall urinary fistula. Method: MEBO gauze was packed in the sinus of abdominal wall. The dressing was changed 1～2 times every day. Result: 8 cases of vesicoabdominal wall urinary fistula were all cured. The wound healing time was 7～12 days. Conclusion: MEBO gauze packing method is very efficacious in treating vesicoabdominal wall urinary fistula.
