摘要
目的 :探讨湿润烧伤膏治疗顽固性溃疡创面的疗效。方法 :应用湿润烧伤膏进行创面处理 30例进行总结分析。结果 :治愈 2 7例 ,好转 2例 ,无效 1例。结论 :使用湿润烧伤膏能控制感染 ,改善局部血运 ,促进创面愈合 ,是创伤烧伤晚期顽固性溃疡创面治之有效的方法。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of MEBO in treating refractory ulcers. Method: 30 cases of refractory ulcer were treated with MEBO and the results were analyzed. Result: 27 cases completely healed, 2 cases turned better and 1 case not responded. Conclusion: MEBO has the effects of preventing infection, improving microcirculation and promoting wound healing. MEBO is a good remedy for treating refractory ulcers.
