摘要
目的 :探讨经胸高频超声心动图检测实验兔心脏形态和功能的可行性。材料和方法 :运用高频心脏探头观察 40只实验兔心肌梗死模型建立前后的心脏形态和功能变化。结果 :可获得实验兔的清晰心脏二维图像和血流频谱并进行测量 ,冠状动脉结扎后实验兔射血分数显著降低。结论 :经胸高频超声心动图检测兔心功能的技术路线可行。
Purpose: To investigate the feasibility of transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) in detecting rabbit cardiac function. Materials and Methods: The heart size and cardiac function in 40 rabbits were assessed by TTE before and after coronary artery (CA) ligating. Results: High quality two-dimensional images and spectrums in all experimental animals were obtained and the measurements were satisfied. The left ventricular ejection fraction of rabbits reduced significantly after CA ligating. Conclusion: Detecting rabbit cardiac function by TEE is feasible.
