摘要
通过分析钛磁铁矿在磁选机中的受力情况 ,计算了以 0 .12 5mm为代表的粗粒和以 0 .0 4 5mm为代表的细粒钛磁铁矿颗粒在10 5 0mm× 30 0 0mm湿式永磁筒式磁选机中所受的磁力和机械力。在比较这两种力的基础上 ,分析讨论了该磁选机对分选 0 .12 5mm粗粒和 0 .0 4 5mm细粒的适应性。结果表明 ,现有的10 5 0mm× 30 0 0mm磁选机适合于 0 .12 5mm粗粒钛磁铁矿的磁选 ,但不适合于 0 .0 4 5mm细粒钛磁铁矿的磁选。如不改变该磁选机的磁场特性 ,要想提高 - 0 .0 4 5mm细粒级钛磁铁矿的回收率是比较困难的。
The magnetic and mechanical forces exerted on the representative 0.125mm coarse particles and 0.045mm fine particles of titanomagnetite in 1050 mm×3000 mm wet-type drum permanent magnetic separator are calculated by analysing the forces on titanomagnetite in the separator. Based on the comparision of the two forces, the adaptability of 1050 mm×3000 mm separator to particles of both fractions are analysed and studied. The results show that the said separator is suitable for separating 0.125mm coarse fraction of titanomagnetite particles but not suitable for 0.045mm fine fraction. If the properties of the magnetic field of this machine are not changed, it would be rather difficult to raise the recovery of -0.045mm fine fraction of titanomagnetite particles.
