为提高染色产品质量 ,连续轧染设备有许多技术改进。本文阐述染前半制品的检验、进布装置中增设棉绒去除器、均匀轧车的控制以及先进的预烘脱水技术 。

Through detection of semi-products prior to dyeing, set lint blower on feeding device, controlling of uniform padder and using advanced pre-dry and extraction technology, the quality of dyed products in continuous pad dyeing can be improved. The measures to control color difference are also presented.
