摘要
采用复合果胶酶对棉织物进行精练 ,分析了影响精练效果的工艺因素 (如酶浓度、时间、温度、pH值 ) ,通过正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件。酶精练后的织物用过醋酸漂白 ,并与传统前处理效果进行分析比较发现 ,该工艺处理后的织物损伤小 ,手感柔软 。
Compound pectase was used to scour cotton fabric. The factors affecting fabric properties with pectase treatment were discussed. And optimum treated conditions have been found. After scouring the fabric was bleached with peracetic acid. Also the properties of fabric with enzyme-peracetic acid treatment and with conventional process were compared.
