摘要
涤锦复合超细丝织物由于纤维直径小 ,比表面积大 ,其染色性能不同于普通织物。文中就其匀染性、同色性、显色性和色牢度均较差等难点问题进行了详细分析 ,并提出了解决问题的措施 ,即根据不同的织物结构 ,选用合适的染料。
Owing to small radius of fiber and large specific area, the dyeing behavior of polyester and polyamide superfine conjugated yarn fiber fabric is different from common fabric. This article analyzed the problems concerning level dyeing, union color, color development and color fastness in details, and presented their solutions, that is selection of suitable dyes, auxiliaries and dyeing processes according to different fabrics.
