摘要
目的 了解从西藏高原 (海拔 30 0 0~ 4 6 0 0m)进入昆明 (1880m) 6个月后的 6 7例藏族青年血液流变学指标状况。方法 用R80A全自动血液流变分析仪检测藏族青年血液流变学指标并与对照组 (昆明汉族健康青年 )血液流变学指标结果进行比较。结果 藏族组 5项指标高于对照组 ,6项指标低于对照组 ,1项指标两组无显著差异。高于指标是 :低剪切率全血粘度 (ηb1s-1)、红细胞压积 (HCT)、全血低切还原粘度 (Lηr)、全血低切相对粘度 (VIP)、红细胞聚集指数 (VAI) ,P均 <0 0 5 ;低于指标是 :高剪切率全血粘度 (ηb2 0 0s-1)、中剪切率全血粘度 (ηb6 5s-1)、高切还原粘度 (Hηr)、高切相对粘度 (VIb)、红细胞刚性指数(IR)、红细胞变形指数TK ,6项中除红细胞刚性指数 (IR)P <0 .0 1外 ,其它P <0 0 5 ;无显著差异指标是血浆粘度 (ηp) ,P >0 .0 5。结论 藏族青年其血液流变指标与当地汉族青年相比存在明显异常 ,西藏高原环境对世居藏族青年的血液流变学影响进入平原生活短期内不易改变 ;藏族青年血液流变学存在的主要问题是红细胞聚集性过强而变形性较弱。
Objective Learning about indexes of blood rheology of 67 young people after they came to Kunming(altitude:1 880 metre)for six months from Tibet(altitude:from 3 000 to 4 600 metre).Method Extractive 5ml blood from vein of cubital fossa while limosis,anticruor,detecting index of blood rheology with R80A amto -analyzer and comparing with contrast group.Results 5 indexes of Tibetant youths surpassed contrast group.These 5 indexes are rspectively:whole blood viscosity of low cutting rate(ηb1s -1 );hematocrit;low reverting viscosity(Lηr);relative viscosity of whole blood low cutting(VIP);erythrocyte collective index and tbeir probabilities are below 0.05(P<0.05).Another 6 indexes are lower than contrast.And,they are respectively:whole blood viscosity of high cutting rate (ηb200s -1 ),whole blood viscosity of middle cutting rate (ηb65s -1 ),high cutting reverting viscosity(Hηr),high cutting relative visosity(VIb),erythrocyte index of rigidity(IR),erythrocyte index of transfiguration (TK) and probabilities of 5 indexes among 6 indexes are below 0.05(P<0.05) besides erythrocyte index of rigidity(P<0.01).Plasma viscosity isn't obviously different between two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Comparing Tibetant youths' index of blood rheology with Han youths',Former inclined to heighten and decline and environment of Tibet tableland reallty affects on blood rheology of Tibetant youths.This effect can't be changed easily because of entering into plain during short time. The result showed that collective quality of erythrocyte is too strong but transfiguration weak relatively.
