摘要 根据攀钢连续热镀锌生产线的设备状况,以及退火温度和光整延伸率等主要工艺因素对IF钢超深冲光整热镀锌板性能的影响规律,分析了添加铌对Ti-IF钢显微组织和力学性能的影响,利用铌的细化晶粒作用,解决了n、r值的控制问题,按DINEN10142标准开发了性能优良的DX54D超深冲光整热镀锌钢板,产品广泛用于空调器室外机面板,用于代替深冲电镀锌板。 The effect of Nb addition on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Ti-IF steel was discussed according to the facilities of the continuous hot-dip galvanizing line at PZH Steel, as well as the influence of annealing temperature and skin-passed reduction on extra deep drawing skin-passed hot-dip IF steel sheet. The grain refinement of Nb is applied to control the balance of n and r-value of the sheets, and DX54D grade skin-passed hot dip galvanized sheet with excellent mechanical properties has been developed according to DIN EN 10142 standard. This product is widely used to make panel of air conditioner as a substitute of deep drawing electrogalvanizing steel sheet.
