制取人造金红石工艺技术的新进展 被引量:15

摘要 论述了国内外人造金红石的生产概况,着重论述了研究工作取得的新进展,这些进展包括现有方法的改进和研究成功的新方法。现有方法包括还原锈蚀法和弱还原-盐酸加压浸出法,改进的方法包括改进的还原锈蚀法、弱还原-盐酸流态化浸出法和弱氧化-盐酸加压浸出法,新方法包括一步氯化法和钛渣-盐酸加压浸出法。 An outline of synthetic rutile production is given. The recent achievements in preparing of synthetic rutile are reviewed. These achievements include some improvements on existing processes and new processes. The existing processes contain reduction-rusting process and week reduction-hydrochloric acid pressure leaching process. The improved processes contain improved reduction-rusting process, week reduction-hydrochloric acid fluid bed leaching process and week oxidization-hydrochloric acid pressure leaching process. The new processes contain one step chlorination process and titania slag-hydrochloric acid pressure leaching process.
