To initiate effort fully a new complexion of the recruiting students work in the Secondary VTE with the motive of development and with the tenet of service--the summary speech at the National Conference on the Recruit Students in the Secondary VTE Schools

这次会议的主要任务是,以邓小平理论和"三个代表"重要思想为指导,深入贯彻落实全国职业教育工作会议和全国农村教育工作会议精神,总结2003年中职招生工作,交流各地改革创新中职招生工作的经验,研究、分析当前职业教育面临的新形势、新情况,进一步明确做好2004年中职招生工作的指导思想、目标任务和工作要求.
