摘要 用高能离子注入机对超高分子聚乙烯(UHMWPE)进行了N+ 离子注入改性,研究了N+ 离子注入前后UHMWPE材料的表面特性和摩擦学性能。结果表明,N+ 离子注入可改善UHMWPE表面的物理化学特性,提高表面的显微硬度和对水的润湿性能。在血浆润滑条件下,几种剂量N+ 离子注入均可明显提高UHMWPE材料的摩擦磨损性能,磨损率最大可下降50 %。 The nitrogen ion implantation on UHMWPE with ion doses of 5~125×1014/cm2was carried out. The surface hardness and contact angle on implanted UHMWPE surface were measured. A ball--on-disc tribometer was used to study the tribological behaviors of ion implanted UHMWPE against ZrO2 ceramic with plasma lubrication. The experimental results demonstrated that nitrogen ion implantation enhanced the micro-hardness of UHMWPE surface, its wettability was also improved. It was found that the wear rate of implanted UHMWPE decreased with ion doses increase in plasma lubrication.
