摘要
通过对纳米铜粉的摩擦学试验,发现随着摩擦时间延长运动副发生了负磨损现象。通常情况下磨损是摩擦的必然结果,此现象说明摩擦在一定条件下也可能导致负磨损,从而扩展了对摩擦磨损的认识。并且,负磨损现象的发现,证明了“动态自修复沉积机制”的存在,将有力支持装备智能修复技术的发展。
Through the tribological tests using lubricating oil with Cu nano-powders it was found that along with time a negative wear phenomenon occurred. In general condition the wear is the natural result of rubbing, but our discovery proved that under a special condition the negative wear can be present, and the knowledge about friction and wear will be expanded. The negative wear phenomenon certified the existence of 'dynamic self-repairing mechanism ',which will strongly support the development of intellectual self-repairing technology of equipment.
