文中介绍MP3编解码算法的步骤,并提出了基于DSP和USB接口芯片的解码系统设计方案。
In this paper, the major steps of MP3' s algorithm is introduced. And it brings out a decode plan which is based on the using DSP chip and USB interface chip.
