摘要
介绍利用微硅加速度计来进行倾角测量的新方法。结合实际应用,对传感器的温度特性进行补偿。该倾角测量方法具有较高的测量精度、灵敏度以及可靠性。
In this article, we present a method using capacitive accelerometer for tilt measurement in trenchless directional boring. According to acute temperature changes of the boring environment we describe the characters of Og shift and sensitivity shift vs. temperature in detail. At the same time we present a method to calibrate the accelerometer over temperature.
