The monopoly management concept,ideology and work style of power industry in plan economy period can't adapt to new market economy develpment demand. Sincere service has become the rout of power enterprise foothold. These are all effective measures to improve enterprises' reputation and satisfaction:Establish the whole new service concept,explicit optimal service intension,build and better client service management mechanism,improve staff group quality and strengthen marketing service modernlization.
