摘要
针对我国2003年夏季高峰电力紧缺的严峻问题,提出了实施集中空调系统周期性暂停用电技术的意见,阐述了基于GPRS技术的集中空调负荷管理系统的原理、功能和结构,并以江苏省为例对其潜在效益进行了研究、分析。通过分析得出实施该系统在不影响用户舒适度的情况下,可以以极小的经济代价为江苏电网避免可观的系统峰荷容量,具有巨大的经济和社会效益。
In light of the rigorous situation of summer power lack in 2003, bring out implement central air condition system duty cycling controlling, illustrate the basic principle function and structure of central air condition load management system based on GPRS. Research and analyze the potential benefit in Jiangsu province. Through analysis draw that the system can bring appreciable system peak load capacity at the cost of lowest economic lost under the circumstance of not affecting user comfort level. The system has large economic and social utility.
