二硫化碳作业工人的神经肌电图及大脑诱发电位研究 被引量:8

摘要 本文对96名二硫化碳作业工人进行了神经肌电图测定,并对其中部分工人作了胫后神经体感诱发电位、视觉诱发电位和脑干听觉诱发电位检查。结果发现,二硫化碳作业工人的神经肌电图改变,符合周围神经远端轴索病之特点。胫后神经体感诱发电位结果显示,脊髓传导时间延长,脊髓传导速度减慢,颈髓以上中枢传导时间与对照组相比,无显著差异。视觉诱发电位和脑干听觉诱发电位无明显改变。 The present paper reports the results of electromyograhy,nerve conduc-tion velocities and the brain evoked potentials ie:titial nerve somatosensoryevoked potential(SEP),patten reversal visual evoked potential(VEP) andbrainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP)studies in 96 workers exposed tocarbon disulfide.The characteristics of electroneuromyography showed thisneuropathy appears to be a distal type of axonopathy.In the spinal cord,thelatency and conduction velocity of titial SEP were longer and slower than con-trols.But in the lever above the cervical cord,they were normal.VEP andBAEP were not significantly different with controls.
