电缆燃烧烟雾对实验大鼠肺损伤的研究对——BALF中细胞及生化成分的测定分析 被引量:2

摘要 本文通过实验大鼠BALF细胞及生化成分分析,探讨了电缆烟雾所致肺损伤。结果表明电缆烟雾可引起大鼠肺出血及轻度炎症渗出等反应。BALF 中LDH 测定是反映早期肺损伤的敏感指标。烟雾刺激后BALF FN 及血清FN 含量早期也明显增加,表明FN 可能作为一种重要的调理素参与肺损伤过程。电缆燃烧与BALF 中LDH 活性单位、FN 含最及肺巨噬细胞数间存在“S”型剂量——反应关系。 Pulmonary damage was evaluated by component analysis ofbroncho-alveolar lavage fluid(BALF)in experimental rats exposed to firedcable smoke.Results showed an obvious damage of lung such as lunghemorrhages,exudation and inflammation etc.after exposure to fired cablesmoke.It was found that LDH activity in BALF was a sensitive indicator forearly lung damage.The content of FN both in BALF and serum were elevatedwhich suggested that FN might serve as an important nonimmune opsoninparticipating in the course of lung damage.
