高温作业工人的血粘度和血循环功能调查 被引量:26

Determination of Hemaviscosity and Blood Circulation in Workers Exposed to Hyperthermia

摘要 本文应用XG-2型血循环功能测定仪和化验测定,对44名高温作业工人(高温作业组)和44名非高温作业工人(对照组)进行了血循环功能、血粘度及其影响因素的调查。结果显示高温作业组的血粘度、舒张压、总周阻、微循环半更新时间和微循环平均滞留时间均显著高于对照组,且16名高温作业工人的血粘度与出汗量呈正相关关系。这提示高温作业工人大量出汗可导致血粘度升高及循环功能改变。 Blood circulatory function,hemaviscosity and it's affected factors in 44worders exposed to hyperthermia(hyperthermia group)and 44 controlworkers(control group)were determined by XG2 Circulation Instrumentand Laboratory Examinations.Results showed that the hemaviscositydiastolic pressure,total peripheral resistance,altering latter time and main-tenance time of microcirculation in the heperthermia group were significantlyhigher than those of the coutrol group and the hemaviscosity was significantlycorrelated with smount of the perspiration in 16 workers exposed toheperthermia.It suggests that heavy perspiration might cause higherhemaviscosity and circulatory function changes in workers exposed tohyperthermia
