白色念珠菌在渗透陶瓷表面黏附性的研究

摘要 目的 :研究白色念珠菌在渗透陶瓷表面黏附的影响因素。方法 :将白色念珠菌黏附在渗透陶瓷和熔附式烤瓷两种修复材料表面 ,并对材料表面的白色念珠菌黏附数量进行计数 ,统计分析。结果 :在唾液获得膜存在和不存在的两种条件下 ,渗透陶瓷和熔附式烤瓷材料表面的白色念珠菌数量无显著性差异(P >0 .0 5 ) ,而在有唾液获得膜存在的条件下 ,白色念珠菌在两种材料表面的黏附数量显著低于无唾液获得膜存在时 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :两种修复材料表面存在白色念珠菌的黏附现象且具有相似性、低黏附性 。 AIM:To compare the adherence ability of Candida albicans on the surface of infiltrated ceramic and sintered porcelain.METHODS: C.albicans were cultured on the surface of infiltrated and sintered ceramic with or without saliva acquired pellicle, then the amount of the fungi was counted.RESULTS:With or without saliva acquired pellicle, there was no significant difference of amount C.albicans between infiltrated ceramic and sintered porcelain ( P >0.05) .But the adherence amount of C.albicans on both ceramic with saliva acquired pellicle was much less than those without saliva acquired pellicle ( P <0.05).CONCLUSION:Small amount of C.albicans can adhere to these two kinds of porcelain.The saliva acquired pellicle can reduce the adherence of C.albicans.
