摘要
目的 :研究在正畸力作用下 ,牙周组织中各种酶的活性和分布的改变。方法 :选用 30只健康的中国家兔为研究对象 ,按不同的力值和加力时间进行分组 ,观察各组家兔牙周组织中水解酶活性与分布的改变。结果 :加力 1d后 ,AKP、ANAE活性下降 ,ACP活性升高较明显 ;加力 7d后 ,AKP、ANAE活性逐渐上升 ,ACP活性持续升高 ;加力 14d后 ,AKP活性与 7d时相似 ,ANAE活性较 7d组显著升高 ,大力组ACP活性在骨髓腔中升高。结论 :在正畸力作用下 。
AIM:To study the change of enzyme′s activation and distributing during the correction in periodontium.METHODS:The study selects 30 chinese rabbits which were grouped according to different force and different time of correction,then observe the change of hydrolase′s activation and distributing in periodontium.RESULTS:After the first day we put orthodontic force on the rabbits,the activation of AKP?ANAE droped,the activation of ACP pose obviously;seven days later, the activation of AKP?ANAE pose gradually,the activation of ACP pose continually;fourteen days later, the activation of AKP resembleed the activation that the orthodontic force had been put seven days, the activation of ANAE pose distinctly when it was contrasted to the activation that the orthodontic force has been put seven days, the activation of ACP in the group with heavy force pose in the bone marrow.CONCLUSION:During the correction the rules of enzyme′s activation and distributing in periodontium is different under different orthodontic force and different time.
