摘要 目的 :探索化学发光免疫法 (CLIA)和放免分析法 (RIA)测定血清地高辛的相关性。方法 :采用CLIA和RIA测定血清地高辛浓度。结果 :两者测定值 ,经配对t检验 ,P >0 0 5 ;经回归分析呈线性关系 ,方程为YCLIA=0 97XRIA- 0 0 3 ,r =0 9886(n =3 6) ,在 0~ 4 0ng·mL-1间线性良好 ,差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。两者的最低检测浓度为 0 0 1ng·mL-1,日内、日间RSD均 <10 % ,回收率 >95 %。结论 :2种方法测定地高辛血药浓度同样准确、可信 。 AIM: To study the correlation between chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) and radioimmunoassay (RIA) for determination of digoxin. METHODS: The blood drug level of digoxin in serum were determined by CLIA and RIA. RESULTS: Both determination value was tested by t-test for dependent sample (P>0.05); Both determination value was analysed by correlation and regression. CLIA and RIA methods had a line relation. The equation was Y CLIA=0.97X RIA-0.03, r= 0.988 6 (n=36). The linear range was 0-4.0 ng·mL -1 and no significant differences between 2 groups (P>0.05) were found. The study results showed that the lowest sensitivity in serum was 0.01 ng·mL -1 by CLIA and RIA. The intra-day RSD and the inter-day RSD of CLIA and RIA were both lower than 10%, the recovery rate of digoxin were both higher than 95%. CONCLUSION: By CLIA and RIA methods for determination of the blood level of digoxin are accurate and accepted and could be replaced each other.
